Jane has developed the ability to scan the body and offer an assessment of the water health of the body. Once the presiding elements of the body are determined, Jane offers recommendations that may improve physical, mental and/or emotional health. These may include prescriptive suggestions such as drinking more water, using positive intentions, or spending more time with water in nature. Suggestions can also be metaphorical, and these offer insights into calming one’s “inner waters” which can help with stress or anxiety.
